Some advancement on the Technical Preview front. It seems that Windows 10 build as the next Technical Preview release on the horizon has just been logged 9880 could be it.
This includes the flight level "Low".
The sole two other builds that came with "Low" as flight level are construct 9841 and 9860, both of which were released to the public as part of the Windows Insider Program.
That is not to imply that this new version will be accessible right away.
