Microsoft won't be releasing them. The year is winding down to some close, things are slowing down, along with precisely the same can be said of Windows 10. Development in the forthcoming OS is decelerating.

Redmond a new Windows 10 Technical Preview, the third iteration of the test variant, as build 9879 a few days ago. Along with the business also shared a few more details about the upgrade cycle of the brand-new operating system.
According to the software titan, that is the final form of the OS which is going to be released in 2013.
December won't bring any more changes for those that have are on the Windows Insider Program, and the organization has promised a big pack of developments early next year, although Microsoft hasn't mentioned any particular explanation for this.
As on the official Windows website:
This will be the last new build of the year for Windows Insiders, as we'll be using the time over the holiday season to carry on making refinements to our engineering system also to the item that we're using to bring it to you personally.
Keep sending us feedback, and we'll keep working to construct Windows 10 into something that you will adore. We'll have something new to share with you early in 2015, and don't forget to check out Insider Hub to stay in touch."

This latest preview construct does iron out a lot of problems in the last ones and the reported bugs, and these additional few weeks will supply Microsoft with the time to execute a number of the choices that are larger and refine the ones accessible.
